Billing and Fee Policy
We implement a flat rate onboarding fee and a percentage-based platform fee.
The onboarding fee is based on the number of principles owning 20% or more of the entity conducting the offering and the required compliance checks.
The percentage-based fee is dependent upon the amount of capital raised on our platform.
