Update history to Reg CF investor limits:

• September 11, 2022: the SEC updated investor limits to adjust for inflation, per the SEC investor bulletin here. This increases the threshold for the calculations from $107,000 to $124,000, increases the lower Reg CF threshold for investors from $2,200 to $2,500, and increases certain thresholds on the 12-month amounts that issuers can raise (e.g. from the old $1.07M max to $1.235M max. Note: the $5M max with audited financials for Reg CF did not get adjusted for inflation).
• March 15, 2021: Reg CF investment limits were removed for accredited investors, and the calculation was changed to use the greater of net worth and income for non-accredited investors.
