The Offering

We’re excited to invite you to invest in our company through a Regulation CF (Reg CF) Offering, where anyone can participate in our journey.

  • Maximum Raise Goal: $1,235,000
  • Minimum Goal: $124,000 (must be reached by December 31, 2025)
  • Minimum Investment: $500

If we don’t meet our minimum goal by December 31, 2025, all investment commitments will be canceled, and funds will be fully returned. Investors have until 11:59 PM on December 29, 2025, to cancel commitments.

Once the offering closes, funds will be released to the company, and investors will become lenders. Any changes to the deadline or offering terms will be communicated with at least five days’ notice.

The Return

The Company will issue promissory notes to all investors (see Exhibit E – Form of Note), detailing the repayment terms of their investment. Each note will follow an 18-month amortization schedule, providing a structured and predictable repayment plan.

Interest (“Regular Interest”) will accrue on the outstanding principal at an annual rate of 25%. The first month’s accrued interest will be added to the principal, and principal and interest payments (“Payments”) will begin on the estimated sale date of December 31, 2026. Payments will continue as scheduled until the full investment amount is repaid in accordance with the agreed terms.

Any securities paid to Secure Living, if any, will be of the same class and have the same terms, conditions, and rights as the securities being offered and sold by the Issuer on our platform. All fees paid to Secure Living in connection with the offering and sale of securities are nonrefundable unless in its sole discretion determines that a refund is appropriate.
